The K by Karen Berger Connecticut received a rating of 93 in Cigar Journal magazine and has a beautiful burn and construction and delivers notes of sweetness of vanilla and cocoa bean that please the palate.
K by Karen Berger Habano
K Habano is a smooth box-pressed cigar with a slight marbling and sheen to the wrapper, a stunning band, and nice floral flavors off the foot. There are deep musty and earthy notes on the cold draw and then coffee notes enter when lit. There is a dense, light grey ash on a medium char line. Cream and fruit become prominent after the first half inch of the burn. The density of the smoke Fills and lingers on the palate and makes way to a smooth and easy retrohale. The First third offers coffee notes which turn into bitter coffee beans toward the second third and then spices enter as the second third offers a flat burn cone. All these flavors harmonize in the final third with a solid medium body.
